A graduate of the French Fashion Institute (IFM), he began his career working for large communications groups such as DDB and Altedia. In 1996, he founded one of France’s first Internet agencies.
Between 2000 and 2006, he set up the Hermès e-commerce network in the U.S., in Europe and in Japan. He then joined the L’Oréal Group to manage Internet and CRM strategy for Lancôme. In this role, he launched the first ever online sales website for a luxury brand in China.
He was named “E-commerce Man of the Year” by E-commerce magazine in 2008. In the same year, he joined Christian Dior Couture to launch the first “branded content” operation for a house of haute couture: “The Lady Noire Affair”, a film directed by Olivier Dahan and featuring Marion Cotillard. In 2009, he founded "SAME SAME but different".
